Hi, I’m Mike. I’ve been a personal trainer for more than five years, and I love helping people with their health and fitness. I take the time to understand your goals, your lifestyle, and any injuries or concerns you may have. Every session is personalised just for you, with no judgment. It is fun, effective training that works.
